This year will be our 7th Annual Spirits Festival. Our festival draws guests from Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and a variety of other states. In 2021, our 6th Annual Spirits Festival drew 1,035 people. In 2020, our 5th Annual Spirits Festival drew 520 people (during the end of the pandemic). This year, we are growing and expect at least 1,000 if not more!

All Proceeds benefit the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation. This non-profit organization has a PRIME Mission of preserving, restoring, improving, maintaining and educating the public about Belle Grove Plantation and its amazing American History.

From July 4, 2022, to August 4, 2022, we will have our annual Spirits Festival Online Auction. To be an Auction Sponsor, decide what you would like to donate to the auction. There is a $40 item minimum. We have created a special Spirits Festival Gift Certificate in your name with the item listed on the gift certificate. When someone wins the item, we will send the gift certificate to them by email. We will inform you who has won the gift certificate, so you know who to look out for. If your item is worth over $100, we will provide you with a letter of acknowledgment for your donation. You can provide this to your accountant to see if you might be able to apply it to your tax return in 2022.

BECOME A VENDOR!

We are looking for vendors for our Spirits Festival! We are opening our vendor spaces to artists, arts and crafts, direct sales, unique products and services, food service and beverage vendors. We currently have 60 vendors scheduled.

Vendor Spaces for the Spirits Festival

General Vendor (Non Food or Beverage Vendor)
10×10 Vendor Space – $50
10×20 Vendor Space – $100

Food Service or Beverage Vendor
10×10 Vendor Space – $150
10×20 Vendor Space – $175

We just provide the space. You will need to provide your tent, table and chairs. No water or electric power is provided. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Note to Direct Sales: While we try to monitor who is booking from direct sales, we cannot guarantee that you will be the only representative for your product line. Our Spirits Festival is a large event and we do try to keep “like” businesses separated.
