The James Madison Belle Grove Foundation would like to thank you for volunteering at our previous festivals/events and for your interest in volunteering. By volunteering you are helping our prime mission of Preservation, Restoration, Improvement, Maintenance, and Educating the public about Belle Grove and its amazing American History. Through this foundation, we continue the research and discover of our history.
Great news!! Not only will you be helping a wonderful organization but there are a few incentives to volunteering at Belle Grove. When you volunteer, log your hours and cash in on some great experiences by submitting your volunteer hours upon completion.

Belle Grove Plantation will reopen on the next normal tour date.

Enjoy a variety of water sports including kayaking, canoeing, jet and water skiing, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, crabbing or just sunbathing on the historic Rappahannock and Potomac rivers. Watch Eagles soar at Caledon, hike, jog or cycle on the 15 mile Heritage Railroad.
The Rappahannock Tribe PowWow is now accepting Vendor Applications.
Specialty Vendors MUST be members of a Native American Tribe and should be selling handmade Native American products. We will not accept Specialty Vendors outside these guidelines.
Food Trucks Vendor will be open to all.

Belle Grove Plantation will be offering a “kid friendly” Trunk or Treat! Come make the rounds of our front circle driveway and visit the specially decorated trunks.
This fun and unique event will have lots of fun volunteers lined up for balloon animals, haunted house (for the older guests with paid admission), photo stations, candy cannon, fortune teller for kids, Costume Parade for the kids and much more!

Not Including Haunted Manor – Admission required. We recommend Advance Tickets purchased online to ensure a space for a tour of the Haunted Manor.
Are you a small business that would like to introduce your products or services to our community? Take part in our Trunk or Treat as a special decorated trunk for the kids to visit. Include games, prizes and candy for our guests.
Each of our “Trunks” will be part of a Trunk Decorating Contest! Guests will vote for their favorite trunk. Then the top three will win prizes!
