Homeschool Series
The James Madison Belle Grove Foundation is excited to announce our Homeschool Series. These hands on classes will explore a variety of topics that come from the history and nature of Belle Grove Plantation. Classes will be conducted both inside and on the outside grounds of the mansion. Students will receive a pin of completion after every class they attend to help remember the day.
Our Spring Homeschool Series is about to begin! Included in the Spring Series are six classes with groups activities, games, group representation opportunities and most important.. fun!

Classes will be held on Wednesday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. All ages are welcome to participate. Classes are geared towards k-6th grade. Class size will be capped at 20 children.
The cost is $65.00 per family for the whole series
Single Classes can be schedule by emailing information@bellegroveplantation.com. The Cost will be assessed on a case by case scenario.
We ask that you please register your family for the Spring Series. Before registering, please purchase your Family Spring Series to make sure we have space for you.
Be on the look out for the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation’s newest educational program called “The Traveling Trunk”. This program will make available a special “traveling trunk” for public schools and private schools to check out. The “Traveling Trunk” can be brought into a classroom to help enhance lessons and Virginia SOL benchmarks. This program is expected to be available for the 2024-2025 school year.
