Belle Grove Address

There are two Belle Grove Plantations in Virginia. It is important that you know the correct address before you come. Please use our address below when using your GPS. Don’t just put Belle Grove Plantation. It will not give you the correct address.

Belle Grove Plantation
9221 Belle Grove Drive
King George, Virginia 22485

The other Belle Grove Plantation is in Middletown, Virginia and is 2 hours from our Belle Grove. If you go the wrong Belle Grove Plantation, we are sorry, but we cannot give you a refund or rain check. Please make sure it is correct before you come.

Dress Code

The dress code is up to you. Be comfortable or dress up for mom!

We do ask that you please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before the event. Our door will not open, even for the restroom before 12:45pm.

Your headcount will be as booked. If you need to decrease or increase your headcount, we can do so 7 days or more before the event. If your count changes 6 days or less, you will be responsible for the full amount no matter how many come.

Our Tent Tables overlooking the Rappahannock River will seat up to 8 people. The minimum for these tables will be 5 people. If you find that your headcount is not at the minimum of 5, we will try to find an alternate table inside for you. If no table inside is available, we will need to reschedule your time to accommodate your party.

Dietary Concerns

Due to the nature of Afternoon Tea, we are sorry, but we are not able to accommodate gluten-free, sugar free or dairy free diets.

You may cancel your Mother’s Day Tea up to April 8th for a full refund. On or after April 9th, tickets are non-refundable. You may sell your tickets, but we must know who you are selling them to before you sell them.

Rain Date for Tent Tables

In the event of bad weather on Sunday, May 8th, we will issue you a rain check for a later date that works for your group.
