7pm to 8pm
Saturday, April 29th
6pm<
The ton are abuzz with the latest gossip, and so it is my honor to impart to you: Lady Whistledown’s Society has heard that there will be an instruction class to help ready our “Diamonds” to be for the later “Bridgerton” Ball on Saturday, 29th of April at 6pm. Seems to this author that many of a young lady and gentleman would benefit in this weekly gathering on Thursday evenings at 7 o’clock to 8 o’clock. This instructional class will teach you the fine art of Regency Period Dancing.
This author has been reliably informed that after this instruction, there will be a recital during the “Bridgerton” Ball on Saturday, 29th of April at 6pm. What better place to show the fruit of one’s labors.
This occasion will take place in the beautiful manor home, Belle Grove Plantation as many of ton will come together. Come in your best attire as event will be attended by our very own Queen Charlotte! This author hears there is to be a new “Diamond of the Season” to be selected by Her Majesty. Will you be the new “Diamond” this season?
Chamber Music will fill the air as I dare say the gossip from our last Bridgerton Social. Come ready to share all you know as we share our best hors’ d’oeuvres, petite desserts and rum punch.
Ready yourself and confirm your place as soon as you can.
Yours Truly,
“Lady Whistledown”

The Dance Class will be held in the mansion at Belle Grove. The room will be a smaller room so the class will be limited to just 20 people. If children come, we ask parents to wait in their cars or return at 8pm if they are not taking part. Space will be limited, and we will not have space for parents to watch.
The Ball will be held in the mansion at Belle Grove. Much like Balls of the past, there will be no tables to sit at. Chairs will be available throughout the house. We will conduct the Ball as in the past by moving furniture to make room for the dancing.
While we encourage you to join in the fun and to dress in your best Regency Period, we understand not all have such dress. We ask those who do not dress in Regency, please come business casual. Regency Period dress may be afternoon wear or go all out and dress for evening. Whatever is best for you. The Queen will come dressed, well royally!
We are sorry, but we will not be able to accommodate dairy-free, sugar-free, or gluten-free dietary concerns for this event. If you have any other dietary needs, please let us know.
