An Evening with Edgar Allan Poe
Delve into the strange and bizarre world of Edgar Allan Poe through his writings. Characterized by Poe himself as tales if ‘ratiocination,” these stories and poems revolve around crimes so strange and inexplicable that they prove nearly impossible to solve. He would describe his poetry as the rhythmical creation of beauty.
Spend the evening with Edgar Allen Poe as he talks of his early life to his tragic marriage, his insane grief, his dramatically failed career, his links to an unsolved murder, and the mystery of what happened to the writer in the days before his unsolved death. Why did Poe disappear and then show up a few days later in an incoherent state, wearing another man’s clothes and carrying a stranger’s walking stick?
Our evening includes a cocktail hour where you are introduced to Poe followed by a four-course dinner with special cocktails for each course.
This meal is a four-course dinner. Each course will have a vegetarian option on request. We have reserved revealing the cocktails, mocktails and dessert as a surprise for you. Mocktails are non-alcoholic beverages. Red wine will also be available.

Tickets may be cancelled by September 1st for a full refund. After September 1st, tickets are non-refundable.

The dress is up to you. Come Gothic or causal.
We will be having many people attending this event. If you are coming with friends or family, please let us know so we can seat you together. We are not able to make changes to the seating arrangements on the day of the event. You may be sitting with other guests as well. No private tables are available.
