No Christmas Miracles in Sight… UPDATE!!

21/12/12 5:52 PM

Christmas-Miracle

Today was one of those days. You know, the last day before a long weekend or vacation and everyone is running like crazy to get things done for they go. Which means I was running around like a “one arm paper hanger“. As I was leaving work, my cell phone rang. It was my sweet husband, Brett. He asked me what I was doing. I told him that I was leaving work, about twenty minutes later than I had planned and it had been one of the days. I have to say I didn’t have a good attitude when he called. He said to me after my many complains, “You are not going to believe what I have here in an email.” My response was, “If it’s bad news, I don’t want to hear it.” Great attitude, huh?

Well what he had was an email from the Zoning Director. He had sent us an email informing us that the government agency that had not gotten their part in by the deadline had gotten it in today. “A day late and dollar short” was my first thought. But I listened quietly as Brett told me that the Zoning Director had made an exception and

WE ARE ON THE AGENDA FOR JANUARY 8th!

There are of course couple things that have to happen to keep us on the agenda. We have to get our surveyor to make the few changes needed to the site plan and it has to be in by Wednesday, December 26th. Then we have to have the government agency review the adjusted plan and approve it by the meeting on January 8th.

Christmas Miracles Do Happen!

Brett and I want to thank all of you for all your words of encouragement, thoughts, prayers and many {{Hugs}} we have received.

It means so much to us!

We are truly blessed!
