Meeting Update
We have completed our meeting today and I have to say it went really well. If everything works out right, we should have a signed contract by next Wednesday! Then the fun really begins! It will be a mad rush to get the site plan completed in time for the Zoning Meeting for September. Then the four month count down begins. While we are waiting on the Zoing Approval, we will start working on getting the other permits going so we can jump on it really fast after the four months. If everything goes good and we don’t have allot of delays, we hope to be open in the early Spring of 2013. Wouldn’t it be cool if we could open on March 16th? What a way to celebrate Mr. Madison’s Birthday!

You are making things happen. What an exciting (and demanding) undertaking. I so appreciate dealing with the bureaucracy involved in opening this business. We went through the same (at times very frustrating) situations when we built our three restaurants. You are doing wonderfully well. Good show all around. Virginia
